We have extensive Product and Public Liability insurance which covers every aspect of our service. In addition, we have full Workers Compensation Insurance, and a Key Loss Extension Policy. Ask to see our Certificates of Currency to review our coverage for yourself.

Risk assessment, safety planning, reporting & training procedures
We conduct a fully documented risk assessment, which will be available for your review before starting any contract. It covers the potential risks to your staff and students, and our own team, and the mitigation strategies we have in place to manage those risks.

We avoid the use of cleaning products which could be harmful to staff, students, or the wider environment. Our cleaning products are GECA certified from trusted suppliers.
