Thank you for your time today regarding the junior school drinking fountain and for removing the grates. As discussed I have deep cleaning these troughs (see photos attached) and Indi will speak with the cleaner this evening to ensure he is wiping this down each day. Indi will continue to monitor daily while we trial the removal of the grates. I will check in with you in a couple of weeks time to see if we need to make any further adjustments.
I am sorry to inform you that one of our cleaner has accidentally knocked down a photo frame in D3 class room (Demountable) while vacuuming today. Apologies.

Mick — It’s these two rooms in particular (see attached photos) and it looks like the sensor has stopped working again which is making it hard for our team to clean.
Please note that we have come across some mould in the boarding house on level 2. It is on the wall joining rooms 21 & 22 in Dannatt (red wing) located behind the beds. We have cleaned it but it might be due to a leak somewhere above. Photos attached.
